Summary: No responses were received from our email questions during our stay. We received automated emails about the place but nothing addressed our concerns. So we could not use the washing machine, the oven was filthy, lots of flies (be good to have an insect catcher), not good value for money as a result. A shame as the house has lots of potential. By the way, the manger should know others are putting rubbish in their bins.
